Hammered leather is obtained through the drumming process, carried out in order to enhance the beauty of Pieno Fiore leather. Thanks to the drumming, the leather acquires a grain of variable intensity which preserves the natural irregularities of the raw material, without losing its softness to the touch

The Blake Rapid process was invented by Lyman Reed Blake in 1858 and immediately achieved great success, especially in Italy where it is still among the most used processes today.
