You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. In Italy the first size change is free; returns with refunds are free for orders over €70. Cercavo una scarpa bella ma soprattutto comoda e l'ho trovata. Dopo un anno di utilizzo costante, posso dire che la qualità artigianale si vede tutta. Anche se il primo impatto è stato un po' rigido, si sono modellate velocemente su piede e caviglia garantendo un comfort assoluto. Ottima anche la trovata della soletta estraibile.
