They are excluded resoling, the replacement of the insole or internal insole and other accessories. If you bring and collect your shoes at a Ciccone shoe shop, you do not pay shipping costs. For the home service you just pay €20 in total for collection and return.
8. What happens if I get the wrong size or am not satisfied?
You can request an exchange or return within 14 days from delivery. In Italy the first size change is free. Try the shoes at home on a soft surface: for return or exchange they must be intact, not used outdoors and in the original Ciccone box.
