A well-made shoe deserves to be looked after. With Ciccone Care, routine maintenance of your Ciccone shoes is free for 24 months from the date of purchase.

The service includes washing, polishing, cleaning, changing heels, applying the half sole, small seams and fixing any imperfections.

They are excluded resoling, the replacement of the insole or insole and other accessories.

If you choose home service, you only pay €20 in total for collection and return. If you bring and collect your shoes directly in a Ciccone shoe shop, there are no shipping costs and the ordinary maintenance included remains free.

Before organizing the collection, send us photos of your shoes on WhatsApp: we will show you the interventions to be carried out and the times necessary.

1. What is Ciccone Care and how long does it last?

Ciccone Care is the service of free ordinary maintenance of Ciccone brand shoes, valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.

2. What interventions are included?

They are included washing, polishing, cleaning, changing heels, applying the half sole, small seams and fixing any imperfections. Before the operation we evaluate the condition of the shoes and the necessary work.

3. Which interventions are excluded?

Ciccone Dear does not understand the resoling, the replacement of the insole or internal insole and other accessories. The application of the half sole is included; complete sole replacement is not.

4. How much does Ciccone Care at home cost?

The included routine maintenance is free in 24 months from purchase. You just pay €20 in total for home collection and delivery of shoes.

5. If I take my shoes to a Ciccone shoe shop, do I have to pay?

No. If you bring and collect the shoes directly from a Ciccone shoe shop, you do not pay shipping costs. Ordinary maintenance interventions included in Ciccone Care remain free within 24 months from purchase.

6. How do I request the service?

Send us photos of your Ciccone shoes on WhatsApp and tell us the date of purchase: we will confirm the interventions to be carried out and the times necessary, then we organize the service.

7. How do I prepare the package?

Use a rigid and well protected packaging. Please enter a note with your name, contact details and agreed intervention, so we can recognize your shoes when they arrive.

8. How long does maintenance take?

The times depend on the necessary interventions and are indicated to you after the evaluation of the shoes. For the home service, the courier's times for collection and return must also be considered.
