The phases of the intervention of the Ciccone Masters

1. Removing the original sole
   The first step is the technical disassembly. The worn sole is removed with extreme precision so as not to compromise the leather upper, preserving the integrity of the original structure.
2. Application of the new "Ciccone Premium" sole
   We use an in-house developed outsole that integrates perfectly with the design of the Medalist Low. This solution maintains the original vintage look, but offers a more high-performance, lightweight and abrasion-resistant compound than the standard rubber.
3. Treatment and care of the upper
   We don't limit ourselves to the sole. Each shoe undergoes deep cleaning, rehydration of the leather and restoration of color where necessary. The goal is to give you back a sneaker that smells new, without distorting its lived-in character.
4. Handcrafted perimeter stitching
   Unlike industrial productions that are often only glued, we perform one full side seam. This ensures that the sole will never come off again, dramatically increasing the longevity of the shoe.
